Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you need to return a product, you may request a return within 60 calendar days from the delivery date. Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

1. Returns Caused by Our Error
We take full responsibility for issues caused by our error. Qualifying situations include, but are not limited to:
a) Delivery of damaged items or products with clear factory flaws.
b) Delivery of an incorrect item or one that does not match your order details.
c) Delivery of an incomplete product missing necessary parts or components.
If any of these occur, please contact our support team at Support@turbodriveparts.com and include your order number along with photo or video evidence. Once confirmed, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund. A prepaid return label will be issued and no restocking fees will apply.

2. Returns for Personal Reasons
You may send back an item within 60 calendar days of delivery for personal considerations, including ordering an incorrect model, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product.
To be eligible, the item must remain in a condition suitable for resale and satisfy one of the following:
a) Unopened & Sealed: Original factory packaging is intact with all seals and labels undisturbed.
b) Opened but Unused: Product was removed only for inspection, with no effort made to install it. All manuals, accessories, internal packaging, and labels must be included.
c) Handled for Fitment – No Signs of Use: Product was tried for fitting but exhibits:
i. No scratches, dents, scuffs, or tool marks.
ii. No residue, grease, dirt, or oil.
iii. All supplied hardware (bolts, gaskets, clips) unused and present.
iv. Original packaging undamaged and complete.
For returns under this section, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. 

3. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
Returns cannot be accepted if:
a) The product has been installed, used, or displays any indication of installation or use (beyond the strict “No Signs of Use” condition described in Section 2).
b) Original components, accessories, or packaging are missing.
c) The return is requested after the 60-day window.
d) The item was made as a custom order.
e) The product does not function correctly after installation (such cases are covered under our separate Warranty Policy).

4. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Get in Touch
Email Support@turbodriveparts.com within 60 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos/videos).
Our team will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship Your Return
Repack the product securely in its original packaging.
If the return is due to our error (Section 1), we will supply a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is for personal reasons (Section 2), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If customs duties are incurred on returned packages, they will be borne by us.

Step 3: Send Us Tracking Details
After shipping the package, email us at Support@turbodriveparts.com with your return tracking number.

5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 days after we receive the returned item.

6. Canceling an Order
Before Shipment: You may cancel by emailing Support@turbodriveparts.com.
After Shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

7. Exchanging an Item
Eligibility
Exchanges are available only for products that remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging, with all labels intact. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange.

Steps for Exchange
a) Email Support@turbodriveparts.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the SKU of the desired replacement.
b) We will confirm eligibility and send instructions within 2 business days.
c) Ship the item back using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
d) Email us the return tracking number once shipped.
e) After receiving and checking the returned product, we will dispatch your replacement within 2 business days.
